Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LFGO.ai platform ("Service"), operated by LFGO Group FZCO (u.i.) (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LFGO.ai is a cloud-based sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) platform that provides tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, inbox management, KPI dashboards, and collections organization. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is offered under paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified)
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to limit or modify the free trial at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Store or transmit any content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

7. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload, enter, or generate through the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents related to personal data you store in the Service
• We do not sell, share, or monetize Your Data
• Upon account termination, we will delete Your Data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of LFGO Group FZCO (u.i.). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of material changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LFGO Group FZCO (u.i.) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LFGO Group FZCO (u.i.), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
